Have security footage. Thief snuck into gated garage on a bicycle behind a car, went down to find my bike, used a power tool to cut the cable, left their bike and stole mine, biked to the staircase and exited the side of the building. There was another attempted bike theft in the building 5 days later (bike was saved, but perp ran off).
