stolen 1994 Nishiki Optima XRS

The bike was taken from 1512 South Columbus Street, Arlington, VA 22204 (a residential property near Wakefield High School/Four Mile Run). It was taken the night of Friday, March 15, 2019/morning of Saturday, March 16, 2019. The serial number (R907640323) may be difficult to read (3s may actually be 8s). The Optimas were only made in 1993 and 1994. I believe mine is a 1994 based on the serial number, but it may be a 1993. The frame is steel and chromoly. The seat tube length is 22" (possibly 20" or 21.5"). The bike is a light, mint green. When it was taken, it had a black rack on the rear wheel, silver fenders, two silver water bottle holders, silver pedals with a flat surface on one side and shoe clip attachments on the other (Shimano PD-M324), U-lock mount on the seat tube, two light mounts on the seat tube, grey handlebar grips, silver kickstand, black/silver bell, 700x28mm tires with silver rims (Alexrims), purple stuffed animal hidden under seat, black seat, black battery pack on front wheel hub to power LED lights on wheel spokes. Note: When the bike was taken, it did not have the handlebar extensions on it seen in pictures.
