Tall mens Schwinn Le Tour III stolen from house on corner of Zanja and redwood near venice high school. Left it outside house for no more than 2 minutes and it was gone. Has Red grip around handlbars that is new along with a silver sparkle bike seat. When in lowest gear you can hear a rubbing sound as you pedal.
