Location: Ralphs/Market Lofts Loading Dock When: Wednesday December 12 @ 8:21 pm A Hispanic or white male was seen on Camera entering on bike the loading dock of the Market Lofts/Ralphs at 8:20pm. The Bike has a black wire basket and new padded gel saddle with front and back lights.
