stolen 2017 Linus Roadster Classic

U-locked bike to city bike rack. Was at an event for the evening ~6-9pm. When I went back to the bike, I turned the corner to see a white pick up truck leaving promptly. The truck was heavily used and looked like a worker truck. It had a black set of racks in the bed likely to hold tools and ladders. There were two gentlemen in the truck, although I couldn't discern any features. Seemed to be 35-45 years old. My bike was in the back of the pick up and they left before I could see a license plate or anything else descriptive. I have photos of the way my heavy duty, Kryptonite, lock was cut. The cut is clean and looks like from both sides so I imagine a solid bolt cutter or something did the trick.
