Description of incident
Bike thief entered “secure” Apartment complex garage at IMT Sherman circle Phase 2 apartments around 1pm Friday afternoon and cut the lock on the bike, and then left.
The thief returned around 2am Saturday morning and took the bike itself.
The bike is a 26inch Black Macargi Pantera beach cruiser with a 66cc 2 stroke gasoline engine powering it. The engine has the depiction of a green horse on the side of it.
