Someone tried to steal another bike. Then saw mine and cut my lock and took mine instead. Someone nearby described a possible suspect as: Caucasian male, 45+, sun-weathered face, khaki green army-type shirt or jacket. To be blunt, he looked like a Meth Zombie.
