Description of incident
Clipped from behind apartment on Scott Pl alleyway off of Silver Lake Blvd, in tandem with a silver Raleigh road bike. My red Schwinn Caliente is a small frame (not "women" shape) with two mismatched wheels and black grip. There are Goucher College bike parking stickers on the frame, which should date from approx 2010-2012ish.
