Distinguishing features
Black frame, upgraded softer seat than stock. Kryptonite lock was mounted in the center of the frame. Cygolite mounts on the handlebar and seat post. Rear deflector also on the seat post. Rear wheel spokes were black, front wheel was plain metal.

Description of incident
Bike was left out on my balcony of my apartment unlocked. Someone must have climbed up and grabbed it. It had been sitting out there for over a month no problem. Not a high traffic area at all.
