Distinguishing features

Black Hybrid bike. It was brand new. I had owned it for less than 32 hours. It's almost all black with grey writing on the frame. It says giant down the side of the frame, and escape on top of the frame.

Description of incident

I went into a restaurant after my roommate and I had locked our bikes up on a bike rack beside Hot Dog on a Stick. The bike was locked through the frame, so the cable must have been broken or cut. My roommates bike was not stolen.
