Distinguishing features

The end of the right rubber handle is nearly detached, dangling by a thread. The plastic plate between the gears and the spokes of the back tire is slightly broken on the inside, and makes a scraping noise when the wheel turns.

Description of incident

Happened between 1pm and 8pm on Tuesday, 12-9-14. Stolen from the bike racks at Annenberg House, a USC residential apartment complex.

  • Bell/Noisemaker Silver, attached on right handlebar. ()
