Stolen Reported stolen Batch Bicycles Comfort step-through

Salmon-pink/rose Batch Comfort step-through bicycle, size Large, serial SNHTB21E05122. It had a black CXWXC rear cargo rack with wire basket and a black LISEN handlebar phone holder. The bike photo was taken before those accessories were installed. I locked the bicycle frame to a designated gray metal sidewalk bicycle rack at about 5:00 PM on October 26, 2026, on California Avenue near California Avenue Caltrain Station and Park Boulevard, next to on-street parking. It was the rack closest to the station, on the right when heading toward the station. At about 10:00 AM on October 27, I returned and found both the bicycle and black Hapleby U-lock missing. The attached rack/basket and phone holder were taken with the bike. No steel cable was on the bicycle. The exact time of the theft is unknown; the date/time field records when I discovered the loss. A report has been submitted to Palo Alto Police Department. Temporary tracking number T26001054; police review and an official case number are pending.
