On Sunday 18 October 2026 at about 12:30, I locked my e-bike to the metal railings on Great Northern Road, Cambridge, between no. 63 and no. 99, near Cambridge railway station. The exact spot is circled in the attached Street View screenshot. I used an ABUS Bordo XPlus folding lock. When I came back at about 20:00, the bike was gone. The lock had been cut cleanly through, apparently with an angle grinder, and was left on the railings.
