eBike was parked below the apartment within the bounds of the property, guarded by a gate code and a locked door. It was chained and locked to a pillar on the ground floor. The pole was undamaged. When I went down to take it out in the morning at 11:15am, the bike was gone. A neighbor right by where it was parked said they heard a disturbance in the area around 3am. A package in the mail area was torn open, indicating a thief had hopped the gate, stolen items in the mailroom, and stole my bike before leaving out the locked ground floor door. The bike, bike lock/chain, and mounted bike bag were all stolen. The battery remains in my possession.
