- Description of incident
-
Bike was locked, a thief came in at 0416 am, and stole the bike. We have video. The only identifier we have currently is the key code on the bike being F388. The theif appeared to be a black male, 20-30 years old, over 6 feet tall. Stole another ebike from the apartment complex a few weeks ago. Did not look like the chop shop type so we believe it was taken to a bike store or pawn shop.
