And within a second I seen a guy light skin he look like he was in his mid 30's, he was wearing a white tee, he had pants I don't know what color, i think he had white shoes on. I Went chasing after him,When he grabbed my bike he went down 5th ave he went in the parking lot where Ruff dogs place is, and when I ran to the parking lot I seen white truck parked against the wall lights on, and car on, I'm not 100% sure if he got into the white truck, but the way they was acting was very suspicious they didn't want to leave, I was going back and forth up and down the ally in my uncle apartment the back parking lot, and then they slowing pulling out then they come to my uncle apartment back parking lot to park again. And when I decided to go back to my car to drive around. The white truck disappeared.
