Left the bike leaned against the actual front door of Ross Dress 4 less. Approx 2 min after I left bike the camera footage shows 2 males look in mid 20's. Footage shows vehicle they placed it in and hopefully the police get their analysis of the license plate correct and that's 1 felony each and quite honestly I would support a charge or infraction for the parents if found to be minors.
