On Sunday, September 27, 2026, at approximately 9:30 a.m., I last saw my electric bicycle in the secured bike storage room of my condominium building in Langford, BC. The bicycle was stored there in its usual location. On September 30, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m., I went to the adjacent garbage room to dispose of household garbage. While there, I went into the bike storage room and noticed that my bicycle was missing and saw the lock cut, hanging loose.
