-
I locked my bike with a cable lock at the bike racks at the front of the Edmonton Clinic Health Academy building (they are next to 114 St NW, on the 87ave side of the building) at 9:55am. I was at classes all day and came back to get my bike at 8:35pm and found my snipped lock on the ground. No other bikes were at the racks at this time.
