Stolen Reported stolen 2025 Hiboy EX6 Step Through

At aprox. 2:04 pm, I parked my bike between 1910 and 1930 Athens Street at a bike rack that was not very visible from the road. I met with my friend, who lives at Code Talker Hall, and we walked around Pearl St for 2 hours before returning closer to the bike. After we came back to his house we were within 200 yrds of the bike for another 2 hours however it was out of our sight from where we were. The path we were next to was not overly busy, but there were people biking and walking on the path. It started to rain around 6:10-6:20 pm, so we went inside for no more than 10-15 minutes before I came back outside to go home and noticed my bike was gone and my bike lock cut in half. This was between 6:35 and 6:45 pm, as I called my mom to let her know it happened immediately after I noticed. I filed a police report the next day. My bike is all black with a skull fanny pack on the front. The chains rattle and pop off the tracks quite a lot. The front tire also squeaks all the time.
