Stolen Reported stolen Novara Divano

Locked (I think) to a kinda loose bike rack right next to the entrance inside the parking garage. They might've just loosened the bolts and taken it. Another bike was parked next to mine and possibly stolen at the same time since it was gone too. Also missing are: my Banjo Brothers twin panniers, additional liners, green Aldi rain jacket, green Uniqlo jacket, reflective Rainlegs, mini u-lock, pink Trader Joe's insulated bag with some books including Eve Babbitt and Proust, a fountain pen, new Moleskine notebook, JBL earbuds, my Hostess chocolate cupcake handlebar bag with a Tribit Bluetooth speaker.
