On Friday, Sept 18th I was at the Bissell Early Child Care Centre. My Bike was locked to the fence in their fenced entrance by their front door. Approximately 2:45pm someone walked up to the daycare, looked through the door to see if anyone was at the front desk. As there was no one at the front desk at the time, the person prceeded to cut the fence my bike was locked to and took my bike along with my Kryptonite lock attatched to the bike still. No one noticed it was missing until I was leaving the facility at approximately 4:30pm. There are cameras at the center where it shows the person taking my bike.
