Stolen Reported stolen 2026 Blutron EB550 e-Personal Mobility Device

I was working at The Mobile Shop, located at 620 Yonge Street in Barrie. Before beginning my shift, I secured my Blutron EB550 electric mountain bike to the designated bicycle rack outside the store using a chain and lock. When my shift ended, I went outside and discovered that my bike was missing. I immediately informed the store manager and asked whether the store's CCTV cameras had captured the incident. After reviewing the footage, the store manager advised us that at approximately 3:30 p.m., an unknown individual arrived on another bicycle. The individual approached the bike rack, cut or broke the chain and lock securing my electric bike, left their bicycle at the rack, and rode away on my bike. Neither my husband nor I witnessed the theft directly.
