2 men broke into my apartment's parking garage through the garage door at 2:13am. They proceeded to where my bikes were locked up on a lower floor. They used a grinder to cut my bike lock. The bikes were removed from the wall and they rode them out of the garage, with lock in tow, at 2:53am. All of this is captured in surveillance footage.
