Stolen Reported stolen Batch Bicycles HS1

On September 5, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM, I secured my bicycle to the outdoor bicycle rack at the Davis Amtrak station using a yellow Kryptonite U-lock. When I returned at approximately 12:00 PM on September 6, 2026, I discovered that the bicycle had been stolen. The front wheel was still secured to the bike rack with my U-lock in the original location, but the frame, rear wheel, basket, cargo rack, and the rest of the bicycle were gone. I did not witness the theft and do not know the method used, but it appears that the bicycle was separated from its front wheel and the remainder was taken. The stolen bicycle is a black Batch brand adult bicycle with a matte-black frame, flat handlebars, front and rear disc brakes, and black tires with reflective sidewall stripes. It has a 7-speed drivetrain with rear derailleur, kickstand, black rear cargo rack, and a large black wire basket mounted over the rear wheel. A distinctive black plate reading "YACHT #2" in large white letters is attached to the back of the basket. The bicycle also has a red LED rear light and rear reflector. I have photographs of the bicycle from before the theft as well as photographs showing the front wheel and U-lock left at the scene after the theft.
