Approximately from 4pm-4:45 I visited the poster sale at Union South, and locked my Hiboy S2 scooter with a masterlock ulock to a metal pole nearby, a few hundred feet away from the sale. After about 30 minutes, I came back and my scooter, along with the lock, is missing. According to PD, suspect took off with it with the lock attached, headed towards Camp Randall Stadium, and is still an active investigation.
