It was locked to a bike rack on the sidewalk out front of 24 Hour Fitness in El Cerrito, CA. I was in the gym for about an hour beginning at 1:05 PM (8/29/26). It was locked with a Hiplok hardened steel chain and cut clean through one of the links near the padlock. Based on limited camera footage, the thief was on a bike and rode away holding my bike alongside around 1:40 PM.
