stolen 2016 Specialized Rockhopper

The incident occured outfront the 801 7th Ave building on 7th St. A male walked up to the locked bike at 12:20pm and used a tool to cut the bike lock which looks like bolt cutters. The bike was then stolen from the bike stand at 12:21. A female person was accompanying the male. The male was wearing a black cap and jacket. on the back of the jacket was a logo with the words "Windells CA MT Hood" and a picture of a mountain printed on it. The male was also wearing blue jeans and black shoes. The female was wearing all black atire with white shoes and carrying a black shopping bag and a blue umbrella. The estimated value of the stolen bike is $2000.
