I locked my bike to a rack off the Burke-Gilman trail outside The White Swan Public House at 1815 on 26 August 2026. I was inside the restaurant for roughly two hours and when I left, I discovered my bike gone and one of the locks (cable) cut and left on the ground. The second lock (U-Lock) was also missing.
