I typically have my bike locked to the stair rails that are directly outside my apartment unit. I remember leaving it there locked on Sunday, I didn't go outside at all on Monday, and then as of 6:15am Tuesday (as I type this) or so getting ready for work, I peak my head outside to check the weather and it's gone, including the lock. It was likely stolen some time on Monday.
