- Description of incident
-
At around 2:26am on 16/08/26 we were sleeping in our campervan on Pitch #6 of the Dell, Whitemead Forest Park when someone intruded into our camper and stole our van, house and padlock keys (and my wallet) and proceeded to steal the bike which was secured to our Fiamma bike Rack by Sold Secure diamond Chain and Padlock (Burg Wachter 12mm chain and ABUS Granit padlock). I came out of the van when i saw them and they just managed to turn on the bike a slip past me whilst i was chasing them through the campsite. The bike has been marked stolen on the Bosch flow app which marks the motor, Kiox screen and battery as stolen so should flag up when someone connects to the bike in a workshop or via the app.
