Stolen Reported stolen Giant Roam

I left my bike sitting unlocked next to me. A young man came up to me pushing a bike. (We are acquaintances. Our circles overlap. Slightly. Barely.) After exchanging a few sentences, we said goodbye to each other. As my back was turned, he got on my bike. When I realized what was happening, I protested. My words falling on deaf ears. This kid made off with my bike, my bag that was basically empty, and my speaker. Leaving his broke down pile of junk in its place.
