3 friends and i biked to italian centre shop to eat. parked our bikes outside of Earth's Refillery Coop and locked them up. One of my friends didn't have a lock, so we locked them together with my lock onto the bike rack. Went to Italian Centre Shop and spent about 45-60 minutes there, walked to the park for five to ten minutes, came back, mine and 1 friend's bikes were gone. I found the lock on the ground, and it was clearly cut with bolt cutters. We spoke with an employee at True Blue barber & shop to ask about footage from the camera right outside near where the bikes were stolen, and an employee gave us the property manager's info, but he didn't respond to our call. walked around the area a bit to see if we could find anything, no luck.
