The bike was locked to the bike holder in front of parking spot 88 using a Kryptonite New York 1210 Chain Lock. There is no sign of the lock being cut, so the lock may have been picked. The bike was still present at 6:00 PM on 8/20 and was found missing at 11:00 AM on 8/21. The garage is located underneath the building and is locked at all outlets. The panniers were left at the parking spot, but the lock, helmet, and bike were missing.
