Bicycle theft from locked bicycle/laundry room in basement of apartment building. Both the outside door to the building and the inside door to the laundry room are supposed to be locked. No broken windows or signs of forced entry. I am aware that keys to the building were stolen from a lockbox over two weeks ago but building owner did not change the locks.
