Stolen Reported stolen 2025 Trek Trek checkpoint ALR 5

My bicycle, a Trek Checkpoint ALR 5 (XL, Bronze Age Gen 3, serial #WTU026XC0472Z), was stolen from the bike storage room in my apartment building. The bike room is located on the 1st floor and is accessed via a key-fob/swipe-entry door inside the building. A second swipe-entry door in the same room leads out to the alley on the building’s west side. The bicycle was secured to the wall-mounted bike rack with a steel U-lock. The lock was not defeated; instead, the entire bike rack appears to have been removed from the wall, with the bike still locked to it, in order to take it.I last confirmed the bike was in the bike room on Monday, August 3rd, and discovered it missing on Friday, August 14th. When speaking with the apartment complex they said that they have security cameras all throughout the lobby and the bike room it’s self. So we will be able to identify a suspect in the theft with the footage. Thanks, Ben Sneider
