Stolen Reported stolen 2026 Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0

Sometime between approximately 11:00 PM on August 3 and 10:00 AM on August 4, my electric bicycle was stolen from outside my residence at 2309 Franklin Ave E, Seattle, WA 98102. The bicycle was parked near the main entrance of the residence, next to the front steps. I had secured the bicycle using two separate locks, which were attached to the metal/iron support railing next to the steps. When I checked the area at approximately 10:00 AM on August 4, I discovered that the bicycle was missing. It appeared that an unknown person had cut through both locks and removed the bicycle. I did not give anyone permission to take, move, or use the bicycle. The stolen bicycle is a 2026 Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0 electric bicycle (e-bike), Size Small, Gloss Cast Black/Satin Silver Reflective. It has a black/dark- colored frame, integrated electric battery and motor, front suspension, front and rear fenders, rear cargo rack, and disc brakes. The estimated value of the bicycle is approximately $4,100. Serial Number: WSBC018402710X. I do not know the identity of the person responsible for the theft. The bicycle was last seen secured at approximately 11:00 PM on August 3 and was discovered missing at approximately 10:00 AM on August 4.
