- Description of incident

Between 8:00 and 8:30 AM on August 5, 2026, my electric bicycle was stolen from the underground parkade at Central Park Condominium, 9916 113 Street NW, Edmonton, where I reside in unit 106. It was locked to the designated bike rack. The same lock also secured my wife's bicycle; only my e-bike was taken. Property manager Bob telephoned me at 11:51 AM that day. I was in New Brunswick, returned August 11, and met Bob on August 12. The pedestrian doors, parkade and elevator are all fob controlled and I am not aware of any forced entry. Bob advises the security footage shows a person being admitted into the building by another party, proceeding to the parkade, and leaving with my bicycle. I did not witness the theft.
