809 N Rosa Parks Way, Portland, OR 97217 I had found my stolen bike. The guy trying to sell it said it was factory locked. I offered to meet him at the eBike Store. He agreed. I let the store know ahead of time what was going on. I asked them to help me safely recover my stolen property. They said they couldn't help and I watched as the guy drove off with my bike!
