Stolen Reported stolen 2008 Jamis Aurora

I arrived at the MEC Calgary (Mountain Equipment Company) store at ~ 7:30 pm, parked my bike in the bike parking lot. When I returned to the parking lot at about 8pm, my bike lock had been cut off and my bike was gone. Additional recognizable features not mentioned in the description above: one of the rear brake pads is secured with a retaining ring from a Presta type nipple instead of the standard nut; no tape on the handlebars; a red signal light on the saddle mount; the frame has bottle mount under the saddle and pump mount on the bottom; the front gear shifter doesn't work at all; the rear tire is installed backwards, with the tread facing against the direction of travel, not in the direction, how it should be.
