On July 10, I parked my bike directly in front of the 2601 Elliott Parking Garage at approximately 9:00 AM. When I returned at approximately 10:30 AM, the bike was missing. The bike was secured with two thick chain locks. I later realized that I do not have the keys to the locks with me. It is possible that I accidentally dropped the keys near where the bike was parked, and someone may have found them, unlocked the locks, and taken the bike. I cannot confirm this, but it is the most likely explanation since the locks were also missing. The bike can be identified by the following distinctive features: WHEEL BRIGHTZ wheel light installed on the wheels. All Rad Power logos covered with black reflective stickers. A sticker of a golden retriever with the words "Stay Golden." An "Orca Network" sticker. Black/midnight blue frame. Belt drive (no traditional chain). The theft occurred sometime between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on July 10 in front of the 2601 Elliott Parking Garage.
