I was across the street on a restaurant patio. Could not see until they seemed to be almost done cutting lock due to heavy traffic. Street was busy and I was not going to accost him but yelled “Hey! That’s my bike!” He ignored me and kept riding. Please please help me recover my only mode of transportation!
