On 07/08/2026 at approximately 12:00 PM, I parked my bicycle at the outdoor public bicycle rack outside my workplace at 1143 Coleman Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110, and secured it to the rack with a Kryptonite KryptoFlex 1218 combination cable lock. At approximately 4:30 PM the same day, I returned to the rack and found the bicycle gone. The cable lock had been cut through. I have retained the cut lock.
