July 4th 4-6pm Bike was secured outside my workplace on bike racks outside with a ulock on the back tire and a chain lock was inside the sleeve of my jacket then wrapped around the handlebars, through the front fork and around the rack. Disc grinder wheel was left with the cut link of the chain and the cut ulock was left behind along with my helmet and cut jacket sleeve.
