Was stolen outside of Citi bank in Oakland on Webster street. The tracking in the Aventon keeps showing 2400 peralta street or nearby so the person keeps riding it. Police dispatch are refusing to send anyone out and repeatedly tell me to wait 10 minutes away by foot in the industrial area where there's a lot of crime. They keep telling me to wait for standby for hours and hours now. I'm definitely not that stupid but will be escalating this issue above OPD for such ridiculous instructions. "Stay 10 minutes away on foot for a standby/courtesy ride . But don't stay there because it's not safe"
