I am reporting the theft of my E-bike, a black Movcan V30 with yellow lettering with an estimated value of $999. I don't know the serial number because I just purchased the bike recently from someone on marketplace (a blurry version of where the SN would be is provided in the images I have added). However, the person I bought it off of fixed the bike before selling and was able to provide the Brushless DC Motor Controller Product Number is QMV2912G2451KZQ30331 and the motor on the back wheel has the serial number GT-QM-48V1500W24070038. I last saw the bike secured at 6529 Del Playa Unit 5 Goleta, CA 93117 at the bottom of the stairs of unit 5 leaned against the wall on Monday, June 29 at approximately 8:30 PM. When I returned to the spot at 7:30 AM on Tuesday, June 30, the bike was missing. The bike was secured at the time of the theft using two different U-locks each branded ONGUARD and KRYPTONITE, which were locked through the frame and both tires, rendering the bike physically unrideable. Given the weight of the bike (approximately 70-80 Ibs) and the fact that it was locked in an immobilized state, the suspects) would have needed to carry the bike away. There are no tire marks on the ground indicating that it was dragged and the U-Locks are missing with no trace as well.
