Neighbor's Ring camera footage shows thief leaving at 8:01 a.m. And appears he tries to put something in the gate lock to allow access. Then our neighbor takes out his trash and that puts a kibosh on it. At 8:10 am he darts back in when someone comes out in their car and within a minute he rides out on [my] bike down the alley.
