My bicycle was stolen while I was at the Mensa am Park. I had locked the bike to a rack in front of the university building at the address specified in the report. After two hours and 15 minutes, I returned to the spot where I had left the bike, but it was already gone. I immediately called 110 to report the theft. The police officer on the phone instructed me to go directly to the nearest police station, which I then did.
