stolen Electra Townie 7D Step-Thru

Sometime in the past 24-48 hours, my bike was stolen off my property. (50th and El Cajon, about) My bike is usually locked on the front porch, but about a week ago, a neighbor told me she saw "a homeless couple" walking down Monroe Ave. enter onto the property while we were gone and try to steal it. I then moved it to the back of the house. I discovered it gone this morning - meaning that someone entered an outside door on the property (by my bedroom window!) went to the side/back yard and stole it sometime in the past 24-48. (there is a type on the image - this is a stepthru, not stepover model) I now no longer have a bike, and there was also bike tools on it (back rack, crate, etc). I also am feeling a little more unsafe in the neighborhood. I foolishly thought that no one would be brazen enough to steal it off a more inaccessible part of the property.
