Bike was locked with a chain in front of Citizens Bank on East 79th Street and 2nd Avenue in Manhattan at approximately 8:26 AM on 5/13/2026. Bike was observed still present around 1:00 PM. At approximately 3:19 PM, the bike and lock were no longer present. Bank employees stated they had observed the bike earlier in the day.
